Our meal was exceptional. Zain the waiter was accommodating to my gluten free needs he recommended me a beautiful curry. We will visit again. This is our new favourite curry house. Would highly recommended. (Of of the best curried I?ve ever had)

Shakurs is always a heavy hitter - consistently excellent food, brilliant service and genuinely one of the best Indian restaurants we have ever eaten at. Banging tandoori chicken, best ever keema naan, and my partner is working his way through the house special curries and hasn?t had a bad one yet! They get busy at the weekends but week days it?s very easy to grab a table without booking. If you are looking for a sign from the universe to get a curry in tonight, this is it! Go to shakurs - go go go!

Yummy food - we especially enjoyed the chicken Capsila and Tandoori Chicken Masala curries. Our son loved the veggie samosas. Generous portions. Would recommend.

We are regulars when it comes to takeaways from here. I have to say the food has gone drastically down hill lately. We had a lamb dish and a nan last night and it was awful. The lamb was very tough and the nan was very dry.

What a fabulous restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, with recommendations given when making our orders. Zain was particularly friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this place and will certainly be returning.
