This seller has listings on eBay (merchant-tiler), and I asked them what material some tiles were made from because it just said 'stone' and I wanted to know if it was marble, limestone etc. Rather than simply answering my query, they rudely replied telling me to read the description.Me and my neighbour checked the listing to find another error in the description but still no mention of which stone type.So I had to ask again and kindly mentioned the other error (which they corrected) but still no answer on the stone type.Rather than saying (thank you) and updating the missing info, they still haven't listed which stone type and they now ignore my genuine enquiry. They've also banned me from purchasing from them on eBay so I can't buy the tiles for my elderly neighbour. What bizarre behaviour and poor public facing!You know this is an honest true account and my neighbour is wanting me to show them how to do a review too, so lets hope that you admit and apologise beforehand!

Fantastic array of tiles to choose from. Purchased some really nice tiles. Brilliant service, arrived within 3 days. Couldn't have been more helpful.Would highly recommend, would definitely use again. Love my new tiles :)
