Choice for quality goods

Very very clean and tidy inside and out. Neatly dressed staff too. It hosts a great selection and carries items the other large retailers do not. It's hidden away at the back of the main street shopping area and its not signposted so you have to hunt for it. It's a status shop environment. Normally you only find this store in well heeled locations, this is no exception.

Fantastic choice! Fantastic quality! Sadly, in this Kenilworth store, this experience is not inclusive.As a mixed-race person born and raised in Kenilworth back in the late 70s, I still experience the usual stares from the usual white middle-class types that feel: " I'm not racist however"......I can only imagine how the few non white members of staff feel working in Kenilworth Waitrose. The only difference between myself and the group of shoppers I refer to is colour. Perhaps I shall start to stare at these customers in the same way. It's not just being looked at as if you are not worthy it's more than that. I love shopping at Waitrose, I've promised myself that the next time I'm subjected to this experience, I shall be contacting management and media. I refer to a section of customers, NOT ALL. I appreciate Waitrose cannot vet, its customers. It is not their responsibility, however. I'm simply warning non-white customers what to expect in KENILWORTH Waitrose.

I was regularly buying 3 duchy organic chickens a week and doing all of my shopping at this store but in last few months the chickens are way to big I have addressed this with management who just say it's out of their control so now and Iam going to the Stratford upon Avon store where is their is no problems in getting the smaller chickens so i do all of my shopping at this store now.

Up market supermarket. Does what it needs to.The car park is a bit funny with spaces often available on the lower deck, but people compete for the ones on the top deck causing queues to get in.

A woman named Madihah served me today and made my day. She was very kind and helpful. I was very confused and couldn?t figure out where to find the dried dates. She lead me to them and then helped me find the falafels after whilst assuring I was satisfied and didn?t need anymore help.
