Went to timpsons in kenilworth today . Which has always been a pleasure to go to .
There was a new man I hadn?t seen before who was rude and arrogant . I walked out and will only go back when they change their staff . Horrible man who needs customer service training

Super friendly and helpful store. The chap behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. Went in with an etching request on an order I'd made that need to be corrected and he was so helpful with it. Would recommend them to anyone.
