40 min waiting order, 5 child and 2 adult waiting. Nobody care client. After 40 min ago food not ordered to kitchen. 1'50h. for pizzas. If we don't answer for food 2 times family no eat. Horrible.

We visited here with our Guide Dog puppy to meet with the sponsors who gave him his name. It was a brilliant visit and a lovely, calm atmosphere

Popped in for coffee remembrance Sunday, about 11.30, took 15 mins to get served and 20 mins for my coffee. Two girls doing there best but poorly organised and I blame management for what was obviously going to be busy day! Won't be going there again

Made to feel welcome can't rate food as not eaten here had a very nice de Caffè coffee, place was clean comfortable setting, staff made you feel welcome ,nothing was to much trouble, toilets were very clean plenty of hand-wash. Definitely call there again .

Nice cafe, I had cake and a hot drink for £5 which was nice. They have clean baby changing facilities. Elise(?) Who served us was particularly lovely. Nice sausage sandwich too

Didn't eat. Menu looked reasonable & not to expensive.Service very slow not the staffs faultNeed more staff.Poor toilet, very hard to pull toilet roll kept breaking, washing hands liquid soap filled up with water I think.Not a brilliant experience but I enjoyed the company we were with ..

Popped in spontaneously for the first time last weekend after needing an evening coffee stop with the family, really enjoyed the decor and vibe from this place. Found that for star bucks coffee the prices were really great and the sizes of drinks were great too. Only knocked off a star due to it being a bit slow and waitress not knowing what our actual drinks were so was a bit of a guessing game between us.

general cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Crockery is often still stained from previous use and should be sent back as being dirty.
The floors need a good clean, there is often dirt and fluff which seems to still be there in the same places as my previous visits.

Good refurbishment finally gives the place a warm atmosphere and a nice place to have a coffee.That said, for the last few weeks no cream available for any of the usual drinks.Now they have run out of Starbucks coffee (temporarily) and are serving another brand with no notification to customers. Only discovered this on drinking it!!! Disappointing.

Stopped for lunch whilst charging the car. Great car charger, just register your number plate on the screen in the cafè.Dog friendly with dog bowl and waitress bringing over some dog treats.Ordered a "warm" toasted sandwich for over £12 (not even including fries which would be extra £4) which took over half an hour to come, despite there only being one other table. And then it was super cold and not nice either. Soft drink was served in a plastic cup. :/Overall very poor experience.
