I went yesterday while I was at work because there was a deal on the subway app and as we got there my brother went first asking prior before serving if we could use this offer and he said yes. When it got to the paying part he said we aren't participating in that so you can't use it! And my brother basically paid and walked off! I knew you could so I stood there while on the app and paid online instead. I could hear him saying stuff not sure what he was saying but he must of been moaning to himself. As I was in a rush I didn't fully fill out my sandwich because I thought while im there I'll just do it infront of him while he does it. but as it came to the would you like it toasted he said well it dont say it here tapping the receipt. Then the sauce the same again happened. At this point i felt that he was out to get me. So i ended up saying well if you didn't mess my brothers order up I wouldn't of had to order it online. He ended up calling me something I wasn't happy about, so I made sure to let him know that! I would recommend in future not to speak to customers like that because next time you'll catch someone on a bad day ?

£10 for delivery and we live 2.1 miles away which is a 6 min drive. Food was just under a hour late and cold.

Standard subway stuff. Would be good except for the fact that they allow people to jump the queue if they are their mates. Specifically, some woman in her sports gear with her nachos, who apparently needed to have special treatment because she had another appointment, obviously the rest of us don?t.
