Two hours for a partial eye appointment. Optometrist wasn?t there to finish it and I had no time to choose frames as my 2 hour parking had ran out. I was 90 minutes last time which I thought was unacceptable and don?t think it could be worse. Staff were trying to do their best in a very bad situation. You should consider booking in less people. I was amazed to hear so many people openly complaining about their excessive wait time and becoming angry.

Had a fab experience last week at Specsavers, appointment was booked within days, Sophie was so welcoming and helpful when booking in, completing my pre test and then choosing my glasses. Was back to collect them within the week too! All staff members I spoke to were lovely and happy to help. Thanks so much again! :)

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The optician was very thourough and friendly. Overall a great service and great value for money...I would definitely recommend!

This branch used to be so good. Dont know what?s happened but their customer service is shocking. Just phoned to book a routine appointment and I got cut off 5 times!!!! Absolutely shocking!!!!

Strange experience today at specsavers, my friend is a customer and popped in to enquire about the estimated arrival of his contact lenses. I thought I?d join him and take a look round the some of glasses in for offer in store. More to the point, after having a browse for 5 minutes, me and my friend left the shop. The rain was starting to pour so we decided to take shelter outside the store front before we made our next move down the high street. After no longer than a few minutes of deciding where to go head next due to the rain - the man who served my friend (long ginger beard) had an issue with us standing outside and tried to get us to leave as we were covering the store opening signs. I thought it was a tad strange and a bit unreasonable considering the rain but what frustrated me more was when I turned back around to see him staring and laughing with his colleagues about the whole interaction. I know it?s not the most exciting job role standing at the desk at specsavers but running back to your colleagues to laugh at customers came across as unprofessional and rude.

I visited Specsavers in Kenilworth to try to repair my wife's frames that had broken. They tried to repair them, but they couldnt be salvaged so they found an identical frame and swapped the lenses over.Heena and Sej were both absolutely amazing; 5 stars doesn't do them justice, it should be 10.Their warm welcome, hospitality and just generally being good human beings means that my wife and I will continue to use them for all of our future needs.Thank you Heena and Sej ?

First time visiting,A much higher level of customer service than I expected. I was greeted on arrival checked in and seen quickly the optician listened to me and took into account the things I said to her. I felt heard and valued she walked me out and handed me over to Leah who looked after me the rest of the journey. Everyone seemed genuine and offered fantastic service. I would recommend based on my experience

On the last visit the staff were very nice and caring. That's all you want really.Needs some air con and something to clean the air from traffic fumes outside. If not for customers, then staff don't need that long term exposure.

Had my eyes tested here and purchased 3 pairs of glasses. Never again!!!They have got my prescription completely wrong and I can?t see a thing out of any of the glasses. I rang up at the time and was told we don?t make mistakes you just need to get used to them.Absolute joke £200+ down the pan and refused to re-test me.Steer clear if you want to see.

Really impressed with the customer service at the Kenilworth branch. The staff were very welcoming, organised, and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for all members of the team I interacted with. Great value for money, will definitely be returning.

I have been using the branch for over 10 years and all the staff have always been very thorough, professional and friendly. I would like to say a big thank you to Amy who offered amazing customer service for me with helping picking out some frames on a day I felt particularly out of sorts. Amy could see I needed some assistance and was more than happy to help. It was much appreciated.
