Avoid this garage at all costs. I have had parcels redirected to this garage and they refuse them every time. When i asked why they keep refusing them, I just got a sarcastic little smile and a shrug of the shoulders. I even left my number and asked for a call when the delivery arrived as i was in the area. Obviously, no call and no apology. Awful service and awful staff.

Not open late. Tried to get some food after a long drive - doors locked at 9:45 wouldn?t let me do anything other than shout through the serving hatch - didn?t bother

The server in there is incredibly rude. I believe his name is Kanthan. I paid cash once and he moaned that he didn't have change for me so he kept the extra few pounds, I wouldn't care but he wasn't apologetic just had an awful attitude. When I pull up at the fuel station he will continue to stack shelves than switch on the pump. Today I pulled up at the second pump while someone was finishing filling on the first, he refused to switch on the second pump and threw his hands up at me when I didn't understand how he had wanted me to wait until the person on the first pump had paid and then move to that one when that person left. The second pump did work as 2minutes later another lady pulled in behind me and he switched the pump on for her... I dont often wrote bad reviews but I don't know why he has such an awful attitude to me but I hope a manager has a word!

Was there today, 27th of March, 2025, to collect a Yodel parcel. The guy was the rudest and incompetent shop assistant I've ever seen. After scanning my parcel code, without a word abruptly turned around and left to serve several other customers, Refused to give me my parcel and I had to ask him several times for an explanation. He couldn't even articulate properly what the problem was. The only word off his lips to explain was literally the barcode. I had to deduce that the barcode was damaged or something, but he would not even try to explain or at least be polite. Feels like he doesn't understand English, nor does he speak it, on top of being a genuinely the rudest person. I believe a shop assistant should at least be able to say hello, let alone explain his actions.

Toilet out of order since about 2020 because they are too lazy to clean it. Don?t bother having signs on the shell app and in store for a toilet if no one is allowed to use it. Staff are rude and will often not even speak to you or are busy taking personal phone calls while they serve you (Ashok). They just grunt and point at the card machine. The texaco garage over the road has much better service.

Honestly the best SHELL I've ever been to, just a 1/4 supplement of V power diesel made my car drastically reduce vibration as well as sound when restarted. Very significant improvement, never had that experience at any SHELL. Almost felt like I started a electric car when restarting, no noises or vibrations, and resulted in extremely responsive and smooth acceleration. I will be all set to come here for gas.

This shell garage has a large forecourt, which is handy for people like myself, towing plant trailers.It also has a wide selection of fuel, including E5 fuel, which is handy for people with classic cars.

Served by the most ignorant and rude person I have ever met. Not a please, thank you or even a grunt. If management want to check, 12.30 on the 20th of July 2021. I am guessing they will not, otherwise they wouldn't be employing him in the first place.Will not buy from them ever again.Take my tip and go the the Jet garage up the road.Update 10/10/2021Forced to go here again....no fuel at the Jet station. Different person, no different, just as rude. Unbelievable!
