I saw Dan at Serious Style for a total restyle of my long, thick, shapeless hair. He listened to me and we talked about exactly what I wanted doing, my hair looks better than I could have ever imagined he was faultless! I walked out feeling amazing. We had lovely conversation throughout the appointment, and I loved my little pamper session! It?s also been the first time in years I?ve been able to wear my hair down without getting a headache. Everyone else in the salon was warm and friendly. I can?t recommend Serious Style and especially Dan highly enough!

They don't sterilize the equipment, all the brushes are covered in hair and dirt, it looks disgusting. I doubt they sterilize the scissors either.My master was Helena. She didn't show me what shampoo she would use to wash my hair. I ended up with terrible skin allergies. She didn't work delicately with my hair, it was very painful. I asked not to use brushes, and just wanted to dry it with a hairdryer, but my request was ignored. In the end, she straightened my hair and trimmed the uneven parts after styling, what can I say, after the next wash all my hair was in terrible condition, uneven and look very sad. Where do your masters study?I will never return to this salon and do not recommend this to anyone.

Dan Reid always makes me feel very welcome and pampered. Always a fresh clean cut and great company. Some how he manages to miraculously get my hair colour to any shade that I ask him. Blonde , brunette etc. I always leave feeling glam after seeing dan10/10 would recommend
