Took my daughter to get her ear repierced but unfortunately upon looking again later the pen dot had been completely missed as the earring was far too high compared to her other ear & looked odd. Also, no surgical gloves were worn during the piercing. However, the lady was pleasant & did reassure my daughter but will not return.

Was seen to very quickly, the waxing lady was very lovely and accommodating, especially with my size and we had some lovely conversations. She made sure I was comfortable all throughout. Although unfortunately, when I got home, I found lots of patches that had been missed and not waxed properly on my upper legs, and intimate area. I'm now having to do this myself at home. I hope this was okay to say, I want to be honest. I don't hold anything against the beautician, just maybe something that could be improved for next time! :(

Had a gel polish on toes and feet, lovely ladies in there but the results I?m am really disappointed with, gel on fingers is uneven and my toes are untidy. My big toe nail was cut really short and is now painful.Again lovely ladies but won?t be returning.Service: Manicure

Took my daughter (10 yrs old) to have her ears pierced. Lovely lady, really put my daughter at ease. Explained the procedure and aftercare thoroughly.All in all a pleasant experience.Would definitely recommend?and we got a chocolate:)

I have been receiving treatment from Louise over a period of weeks now for IPL on my face to reduce my red veins.They look amazing now, so pleased with the treatment. Found Louise very friendly, helpful, and certainly would recommend the House of Beauty.

Pierced my daughters ears. Reasonable price and great with her. We have used Claire's previously and I would defo say to stay clear and use House of Beauty.

Very very disappointed with this company.Wanted to get a voucher but because I don?t live in Kenilworth I had to travel so I made sure they were open on Tuesday 3rd of April it said closes at 5pm. Got there at 13.30 they were shut with lights of and NO sign!! Wait 30mins calling and calling hoping someone was up stairs. But know one showed up.
