Delivery driver lied to the store and claimed they delivered the order but it never arrived. Do not order from this store unless you are picking up. Their delivery drivers are not to be trusted.

Delivery was late and the driver could not locate my address. I had to come out and find her. To make things worse, the driver was rude and tried to make it my fault. Awful service.

Person who delivered was great however i had no dip, this is the crucial piece to the pizza and they forgot it. It made me very sad and i think they need to put themselves in some rice to complete a full reset; maybe try turning it on and off again. Better luck next time. I?d like a free pizza

Husband collected large pizzas last night and a side, £18. Card machine was going funny and said transaction had gone through on our end, until when he arrived home it was refunded (a problem with their machine clearly- not our fault!). Suddenly he was called twice at 11pm at night which woke up our baby! The monotone sounding girl who made the call could not care less about the time and even said at the end of the call ?sorry about the time haha and can we drive back?!!!? as if it was some joke. These are not appropriate hours to be calling and certainly can?t just assume we live in the area! The manager said ?well these are the times we operate so that?s why she called you? despicable, staff here are clueless.

We have used Dominos for many years, and have found since COVID they have dropped the 50/50 option (along with lots of other options from their menu) but when we wanted the option could call up and ask that our order that had been placed online be changed to 50/50 manually.Tonight we called to do the same to be bluntly told by the manager Jack this was no longer an option. Some nonsense about vegetarians complaining meat had gone on their side of a 50/50 option.We spend £30-£50 here normally, not any more, we'll use PaPa Johns where we can do 50/50 straight off the menu...

It is always tough to review franchises as 90% of them are the same, a few bad, and a few good.......This one is one of the BEST!!I am a pizza guy and Dominoes is an easy way to have a good pizza every time. I have however recently been in Kenilworth and on 2 occasions in the past 6 months ordered pizza from here, and have to say that they put the time and effort into the food- I would say they have provided me with some of the best Dominoes pizza I have ever had!!!
