I have used Chinasearch several times now to add to my discontinued Denby dinner service. For my latest purchase, the courier delivered my order to the wrong address. Mel at Chinasearch was on it straight away. She contacted the courier to collect the parcel and redeliver correctly. My order was received and well packaged the same day. I ordered online. Great despatch time and a great price. The item I ordered was breakable, but it was wrapped well enough to withstand the journey from Darlington to London. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Excellent service. I ordered a replacement dinner plate for a Wedgwood service that I have.The packing was second to none so thank you RM for an excellent job.There is no way that could have been broken in transit. It was packed so tightly, I had difficulty opening it!I have used this company before & would not hesitate to recommend them Thank you.

Sent them some photos of an old Wedgewood rare dinner service. Asked them if they might be of interest, whether they could give me any idea of value. And if not, any suggestions on how best to sell it. Came back with a short (clearly standard) email saying have no interest so can't make an offer. No acknowledgement of the other questions. Suspect would have far better customer service for those purchasing. Shame as I have a treasured dinner service with plates chipped and would have purchased from them. :(

I have 3 different size plates and 3 different size bowls x 12 of each item
Plus 6 Tea Cups and Saucers
and 2 lots of different size coffee cups x 6
I Got an offer for the all but 3 items of £700
Thats under £6 per item
This items are in excellent condition and have only been used on limited occasions

Delighted to find our wedding china available. Ordered and arrived more or less straight away. Condition was described online as 'very good' but, in fact, was absolutely excellent ? Couldn't fault it! Thank you!

Total waste of time. Due to family bereavements I offered 3 china sets to Chinasearch. All declined even though some of the pieces being offered were out of stock on their website, and some pieces did not show on their website at all. Maybe they should advertise what they need rather than wasting people's time going through their system.
