I ordered online. Great despatch time and a great price. The item I ordered was breakable, but it was wrapped well enough to withstand the journey from Darlington to London. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Excellent service. I ordered a replacement dinner plate for a Wedgwood service that I have.The packing was second to none so thank you RM for an excellent job.There is no way that could have been broken in transit.
