I just called to enquire about helium balloons and the woman was so helpful with options and ability to pre-order or just pick up on the day. She listened to what I needed and was so positive and friendly it made quite an impression. Unusually excellent customer service - thank-you!

I had an issue when the colour from one of my cards envelopes that rubbed onto somthing I'd purchased. The manageress was really helpful and their customer services were amazing. So impressed with how they dealt with the problem. Thank you Jane
