I have been using buildbase for years but have never received such poor customer service the past few times I have visited the Kenilworth branch I have been greeted by rude staff and was turned away 45 minutes before closing time being told " your too late we are not serving now" would not reccomend,will not being using buildbase anymore. Prices also not very competitive.

Robbing gits I'm a window cleaner gutter repair specialist poped in for some guttering makes out his doing it half price but doesn't seem to realise I buy it once a week at least elsewhere so expect to pay double compared to MKM leamington Spa

Not delivered on time , said it was on way but it wasn?t !!!!!!! Delivered next day 7.30am came home to start work, sent sand 3 tons not ballist I?m doing foundations for gods sake not paving.Another day wasted day . Now I?ve got to go into the shop and sought it out if I haven?t go enough things to do.
