I had the pleasure of viewing a home in Kenilworth today, and I was genuinely impressed. The property was beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that showed real pride of ownership. From the curb appeal to the interior finishes, everything felt warm, inviting, and move-in ready.
The layout was well-designed, with plenty of natural light and functional space.
The viewing itself was smooth and well-organized. KIYAA was knowledgeable and welcoming, giving me the space to explore while also being available for questions.
This home left a strong impression on me, and I can easily see it becoming a dream Home. Thanks again Kiyaa for this wonderful experience!!!

The team at Atkinson stilgoe Kenilworth are committed, honest and resilient. Our property was over-valued by a local agent and we moved the sale to AS because we liked their approach. We eventually sold at 10% below their market revaluation but with a niche property in difficult times.
