Argos staff are useless. Stock is often broken and staff still hand the item to customer. I went back twice. Warehouse needs to sharpen up its act and handle items with alot more care.
Customer care skills courses or training desperately needed.
Every week I go into Kenilworth Sainsburys and every week, theres less stock on the shelves, more fancy stock, higher prices to pay for the new layout and NEVER ANYONE TO CUT LOAVES OF BREAD. NEVER ANY CUT LOAVES ON SHELVES.
The service is patchy and some have a millenium I cant be arsed attitude and have no communication skills or have no idea about good customer service.
Ive spoken to staff recently who are being stretched to do more and more with less and less staff and Im not the only one whos noticed how this has made less on shelves common, as is poor service and generally a bad attitude from both younger and older staff. Staff tell me they are leaving in droves due to having to do far more and missing breaks due to staff cuts. SAINSBURYS, AS A OTHER SUPERMARKWTS ARE MAKING MORE THAN ENOUGH MONEY OUT OF CUSTOMERS AND FARMERS.
It takes me longer to do a shop with a disabled mum at home and as a full time live in carer to her, I no longer have the patience, energy or time to shop at Kenilworth Sainsburys if the new Management cannot be bothered to manage stock, their staff or cannot be bothered to train their staff or emoyer customer service focused or experienced staff, sorry but only plain speaking will work. Im shopping at Tescos on line or Aldi in future.
Yours very fed up and dissapointed at the branch.

Family atmosphere. Argos inside the Sainsbury's. Quick and easy shopping. On the Ground floor with ? very close to entrance.

If your looking for something going to the place may not be the best option due to the size (Stock reasons), it's super small BUT saying that the staff are really helpful and they will guild you and they do have some stock so if it's small then your chances are looking up. Brilliant place to pick things up, I have many times with ease! Just wish it was bigger.

Popped in about 10 mins ago to return something and the gent behind the counter found it hilarious to be really sarcastic... Even to the point of saying "how did you think you would get your money back if you didn't bring the card your purchased the item with mate?". I'd rather deal with a robot to be honest....
