I cannot fault Henley medical centre. From day one, they have been so welcoming and accommodating, and never made me feel like I am a bother. Cannot thank all of the staff enough! I hope they receive all the credit they deserve. :)

Moved to henley after not so great service from trinity court and claverdon. They have been kind and efficient and I would recommend them. I have always managed to get what I need, either through phone or an online consultation and the GPs and nurses have been helpful and polite. The reception staff are also pleasant and friendly and quick to answer the telephones

We have been with the Henley practice for almost ten years and the service and staff are fantastic. Appointments are readily available and almost always on the same day when we have really needed it. This is definitely the best surgery we have ever been registered with.

My wife called Henley medical centre to see if an emergency appointment was available as my oxygen levels were dropping, due to a serious chest infection, within an hour, I had been to the surgery, seen the doctor, clollected a prescription from Henley Pharmacy and was back at home with very strong anti biotics! There is nothing more to say. Exceptional service from start to finish.Thank you.,

2 of the GPs are fantastic hence the 2 stars ..... however the place that they work leaves a lot to be desired.... communication is terrible/non existent and good look trying to actually book an appointment near on impossible.

I've been with the practice for a couple of years now having recently moved to Henley. The reception staff are really outstanding - they gave me a warm welcome to the surgery and to Henley and they are always friendly and efficient to talk to on the phone. The Doctors are extremely professional and you have the sense that they genuinely care. I would say the practice is the best I've attended over the years.

Appalling service and communication. A patient I care for recently phoned the practise asked for a doctor to telephone her back as she was too ill to travel. The doctor never called back. A few days later the patient collapsed on her bathroom floor and was rushed into hospital in a life threatening condition.She phoned the medical centre again today asking for advice on a regular prescription which is no longer available. The receptionist assured her that a doctor would phone her back today. Again the call was not returned.Full details available for verification

I have recently moved to Henley in Arden and joined the medical centre i have to say the reception staff and and care ive received has been excellent and Doctor Taylor has in one app given me great confidence to talk about and seek help with some very personal issue's. I cant speak highly of them enough and would recommend this centre to anyone moving to the area.

Superb. When you phone or call the reception staff are friendly and helpful. The professionalism and medical care of the doctors is second to none. Feel very lucky that this is my local practice.
