Severn Trent informed me I had a continuous leak so I called Pinnacle, Reece was courteous from the start, did an excellent job of fixing my leaking toilet and cleaned up afterwards, definitely worthy of 5 stars

Had Reece owner of Pinnacle Plumbing install new Veissmann combi boiler this week. Reece took out old boiler from house loft and installed new boiler in my garage . Start to finish a quality job ,attention to his work precise and very tidy throughout .. A great guy would highly recommend for any plumbing job

Reece is an Absolute credit to the trade. Extremely honest, genuine, helpful, and an amazing gas engineer. I would gladly recommend Pinnacle to anyone that wants a very reliable, and reasonably priced engineer. Having used Pinnacle plumbing and heating I wouldn't use anyone else. We had some cold spots on our radiators, so I gave pinnacle heating a go, well I was really pleased with the level of service I received, I am more than happy with the result and the work that Reese carried out. He was very professional and cleaned up any mess that was created.I am going to use him again for servicing the boiler when it is due next year,

Recce gave me a date and time that I was happy with. Turned up on time. Tried to fix my shower but it was beyond repair. So replaced it with a new shower. He did a good job at a fair price

Had Reece round my house twice now. Once replacing an existing radiator and removing one and second time for an issue with my thermostats. Will definitely get Reece back for my annual service and anything else that might occur in future.

Reece quoted me for a job, he came out to look at it when he said he would (which puts him ahead of most plumbers instantly). Talked me through the options and completed the job without any problems. It wasn't the easiest area to work in, but no complaints and didn't charge any extra. Top man.

I needed a gas engineer to connect up my gas hob, and found Pinnacle on Google, I spoke to Reece and he honestly told me that he couldn't get to me for a week, I agreed and he gave me a date and time that he would be here. Reece arrived exactly on time as promised, he gave me a price for the work before he started which I found to be reasonable, he was efficient, polite and very friendly. I was delighted with his work and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Reece.
