Great food and amazing service. Its family friendly and one of the best ways to get good food for everyone while keeping the kids happy. I've been twice and tried the Ribs and then the beef brisket. So far I find the brisket my favourite.

Welcome excellent, and service good. But not asked about allergies. Very overwhelming information and rushed regarding food order. Bad dull lighting, to the point of not being able to read menu. All meat Luke warm and very pink. Its a shame because, the food tasty if hot and well cooked. Very expensive for not well cooked meat. Don't go out much as living alone with cancer. Very disappointed and sorry

Had a fantastic experience here tonight on the 1st Nov?. Came here for a family birthday meal and the service was incredible; ?Amy? (sorry if it?s a different spelling) went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time due to us waiting an extra 15 minutes or so for my partners mothers? meal (I think it was accidentally forgotten about but its okay it happens). Amy made sure we all had free desserts/drinks as a result and the birthday boy had a birthday donut and ?happy birthday? sang to him (even if he was embarrassed lol). Would just like to say thank you so so much to all the staff for their service - we?d all definitely come back again as a result of how we were treated after having the one meal forgotten about. The food was also great (especially the chocolate milkshake)! Thanks again! :)

Having never been to a Hickory's before, I didn't really know what was available!
We phoned in advance to ask for a table near the screens for the football.
When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by a member of management, who we believe to be called Sam. Despite being very busy, he gave us a quick tour of the restaurant and explained all about the facilities.
We couldn't believe there was a cinema for children - very family friendly.
We were seated near to the screens with a great view. The atmosphere was great and the bar area was flowing.
When seated we were met with our waitress for the evening, who was lovely! We enjoyed the free popcorn at the table! I really enjoyed the Orange Soda too.
We ordered the veggie burger and the combo for one, plus Mac and cheese and tots! Everything was delicious and we definitely were FULL. Portions were very generous. Service was superb, never left waiting and it seemed to be relatively quick considering it was a full restaurant, on a Sunday afternoon, in half term!
Looking forward to coming back with our children next time, as we know they'll love it too!

Absolutely amazing food. We had o e of the outside huts and it was so warm and cosy. We had a fantastic waiter called Oliver who was very attentive and friendly and made the best margaritas! Can't fault anything loved the venue and will definitely be returning ??
