The guy who works there in night shift today (25/02/24) should be fired immediately, he doesn't deserve the job. I wasn't able to fill up my car as I wasn't able to tell him how much I want to pay for, I wanted a full tank. I'm not a low life who fills up for £10 or £20, a V8 needs more petrol, fortunately I still have 1/3 of a tank... Plus this is not the first time when he is rude to me. Almost every day I fill up my lorry there (100-150L), but in the future I don't go there when that person works. Unfortunately this is the closest Shell petrol station to my home in Tamworth, but I go somewhere else, like Birmingham. Other guys here are so nice, but this guy has to go. I work for Shell petrol stations, never seen this kind of behavior.

It's very strange to have a favorite petrol station, but this is mine, the staff are lovely, and it feels like a place to have a rest, chill out, just like going here for my fuel.

We ran out of petrol after a long journey I managed to get to this petrol station with 1 mile left. Staff refused to help with 3 children in the car. So we had to call break down from the station. Staff not willing to help, No consideration.

UNPROFESSIONALS!Thats the price they were supoose to sell the charcoal. The price of the till? Double! And when the person in the station saw that i took picture of the stand he just refused to sell me the product saying to make complains to the manager who of course was not there either could contact him. Simple as that... I wouldnt go there again. Very unprofessional. Avoid that station guys or be ready to be treated the way they like...Update 2/1/2022 i tried to follow the advice of the owner and contact to the provided link. A very complicated link. Norhing to guide you where to continiue. After some hoye i found a phone number. Waiting for 49 minutes on line till rhe line drops. Gentlemen this is just even more rediculous from the insident itself. Zero descensy. Thats the way you treat tour customers and trust me people just ignore companies that treat them sooo bad. I am not going to bother any more my time on this rediculous co called customers service. If i were in your shoes i would feel ashamed.

Exceptionally rude and abusive staff. Pulled over for AD BLU and was met with a torrent of abuse as x2 members of staff BOTH loading some milk into the fridge had closed the garage for this! Rude beyond words and a place to avoid

This station is advertised as 24 hour services but they fail to advertise it is limited service after 10:00pm for fuel only purchased through a hatch. No access to toilet facilities.

Visited on 25th March 2018 ,showed my points app and enlarged on the screen ,lad just said did not scan .Was not interested in giving me IOU or anything .fuel is expensive and required my points so ultimately taking up with head office .Very poor service and customer service on this occasion .Over the years have proved excellent but this member of staff very unhelpful .
Update this Shell Station is rapidly going downhill with Service tried again the following week ,same attitude points no scanning on App ,PARDON ME why have an app then ,most awful experience and customer service skills ,say there referring to manager and nothing ever resolved .Im going to direct Formal letter of complaint to Shell Head office .
