I?m not too sure who the other reviewers have dealt with, but I use the post office almost daily to dispatch orders and they?re always friendly, helpful and professional.I daresay it?s the clientele, not the staff, who are responsible for any negative interactions.

I felt I must right a review as I use Coleshill Post Office on a fairly regular basic. I have always found the staff very helpful & friendly. For example I telephoned this morning & spoke to Laura asking about the dimensions of a medium parcel & how long signed for was taking at the present time. Later I went into the Post Office to post my parcel there was a long queue with one position taken up with a gentleman with three bags of parcels. Even though the girls were under pressure when I was served Natalie was very friendly & helpful. I would say, with customer service, what you put in attitude wise you normally get back. I can only speak as I find.

This post office has the rudest, most arrogant, argumentative staff I have ever come across. Hilariously I saw a sign today telling customers to respect post office staff. It's a shame there isn't a sign behind the counter telling staff to respect customers. They treat you and your complaint with utter contempt. I will never use this branch again. I send a few parcels each year over to an American friend, which costs me into the hundreds of pounds, when added up. I will now be looking at using an alternative carrier. Honestly? They don't deserve our custom.

.I have visited this post office on at least 4 occasions in the past 6 weeks or so. I have found the staff very rude on every occasion.I was told more than once that the only way to send a parcel or package signed for is special delivery which is more expensive.However on asking further questions on other options i was told there is a normal signed for service .This in itself is not the nature of my complaint. The staff chat amongst themselves and you feel like you are the bystander not the customer. The fact that I am on the other side of the counter is a very clear sign that I am the customer waiting for service.It is NOT acceptable to be spoken to as a customer without even a please or a thank you. It makes me feel like I should apologize for every visit i make there as though it is an inconvenience to your staff.My suggestion would be to send them on customer service training

Very poor service ,staff changed with poor attitude and Disgraceful customer Service .Sent item Special Delivery Saying Guaranteed Next day 1pm and still not received after online checking .Stephanie was most Arrogant and rude at which point i terminated the call around 2.50pm on Monday 31st July .Also i personally Went in a spoke to the so called ! branch manger Joe Tew who simply said when you send an item special delivery noting we can do to check and raised hands in air .Handed me a claim form without even checking ,so hence i made a formal investigation and complaint to Post office HEAD OFFICE .No customer service skills and totally unprofessional .To this end IS THE POST OFFICE RESPONSIBILITY WE PAID OVER £6.25 EACH TO SENT IMPORTANT LETTER AND DOCUMENT SO YOU COULD AT LEAST CHECK THE SYSTEM IN PARTICULAR WHEN YOU WERE CLEARLY TOLD THE TRACKING INFO I RECEIVED ONLINE.I would definitely not recommend or be using there so called services in future regards Shaun.
