Whole process from start to finish was seamless. Gentleman on front desk was very helpful and advise on best solution for my car. New brake pads and wheels sorted within 24 from enquiry to completion. 10/10 would recommend, price also beat all other garages.

Ordered an incorrect type tyreAsked for refund asap so I could order correct ones. Refund was not actioned properly so by the time I get refund it will be almost 2 weeks waiting for my money backWent elsewhere

If I could give No stars I would. Rude - unhelpful and disgusting attitude from Formula 1 today and stupidly on my behalf not for the first time. Thought I would try again after a previous upsetting experience - more fool me but never ever again will I be contacting this garage.

After spending £1100, on an MOT, Full service and repair only a month ago. The undersheild to the engine became lose, hanging on by a thread driving down the motorway. This is after I took it back because of it hanging off. I managed to pull into a garage, and they charged me £50 to repair it. This is because it would have been removed to do oil change etc..by formula one autos. Been going there for my last 2 mots and full service. Won't be going there again, we had a 16 month old child in the car anything could of happened had I not pulled of the motorway.

I've used f1 for many years for servicing and mot also any repairs that need doing. I needed rear brakes doing on my berlingo van. They said it's quite expensive as it's the whole hub with bearings need replacing. I was quoted £580. So decided to look elsewhere and managed to get them done for £250 more than half the price. It really makes me wonder how much I've been ripped off in that past. I'll never return here after so many years of loyalty

Booked for Mot, advisor on reception was really friendly and made me feel comfortable as I've never used them before. Mot was delayed due to system faults but was turned around as quick as could be and didn't cause much bother.Would definatly recommend.

Booked in at F1 for a new timing belt and full service. The problems started the day the work had been 'completed' on my car. After arriving at the garage to pick my car up I received the information that they'd managed to somehow break my front number plate. £20 was taken off the total bill but still I can't understand how this could of happened. So I pay my bill (now reduced by £20) and go to my car. I start driving and start to think my engine sounds different. After having a new timing belt for the first time I just assumed it may of been because it was new or was just running itself in. It wasn't until I was able to move away from the crawling traffic that I realised I couldn't even hit 3,500rpm up a hill! Not even with my foot flat to the floor at 30mph in 2nd gear!! I had picked the car up right at the end of the day so couldn't turn back now as the garage was already rolling down its shutters as I left. I knew nobody would be there! I continued my commute home. Still struggling to get the car to move up hill! After returning home I let my car idle on the driveway and notice the whole car is shaking and I can smell burning! I turn off the engine, pop the bonnet and to my surprise there is next to no coolant (had a water pump change so new coolant should of filled the expansion tank between the min and max lines.) I then pull out my dipstick and it's bone dry!! I let my car cool down, come back out to it 3 hours later. Remeasure my oil (wiping the stick this time and reinserting before pulling out again for accurate measurement).... BONE DRY!!My Saturday morning lie in was ruined as I was out at 8:00am to deliver my car back at F1. ONLY TO BREAK DOWN ON MY WAY THERE. Managed to get it going again and arrived at the garage.Went in. "Cars not right... Wont rev... No speed... No power what so ever... No oil... Burning... Rattling...."Their reply, "we'll pull it in and have a look but it's definitely not the cam belt".10 minutes later I'm asked to leave the car there all day again as it's a bad belt that's been installed. What they meant to say was, "the TECH installed it on the wrong timing."Had to call my 9 months pregnant fiancé to come and pick me up!!!Reminding them of the low oil their reply was, "No, there's definitely enough in. We've measured that by the book 3.5L of oil. Not sure why it's not on your dipstick mate but it's definitely right!!"I'd paid for a FULL SERVICE!!!!*went home....Few hours later: (phone rings)"Cars ready mate!"- did you have to replace the belt?"Yes!"- Did you put oil in my car this time?"As before, the correct amount has been put in. If it's not on your dipstick then I don't know!"- Right.... Well I'll check it once I pick it up anyway.I get there... Check dipstick. Filled to the maximum level. At last!! (Fishy)Car drove amazing after the cam belt had finally been timed correctly. Hit the redline no problem! (Had to test it)Won't be dealing with Formula One again!They forgot my oil. Didn't fill my coolant properly (it may of just evaporated from overheating due to the no oil. I don't know).They got the timing on the new belt completely wrong leaving me as a danger to everyone on the road around me as I was unable to move onto busy islands quickly!They damaged my number plate and only God knows if any damage to the engine happened when I drove it home on no oil or nearly no oil. There wasn't any on the stick anyway.First time customer AND last!

Just got off the phone with ?Kev? - sadly unable to provide the service with new air on regas as they do the older gas, but not wanting to let me down or have me go somewhere else that may rip us off, made a great local recommendation closer to home.This level of customer service and care is why we keep using F1 near us, but glad to see that the same level is evident in other branches.Thank you Kev - you?re a credit to the garage there.

Good. It was a very warm humid day, so unsurprisingly the tyre fitter was going steadily. (Slowly). However the tyre pressure was close to right, and the wheel bolt torque was about right. Price of premium tyres was good.
