Great staff, always quick and friendly

Disappointed, i?ve never had a bad experience at costa and i?ve been to many.
Staff was rude and un talkative, gave the impression that they dont like their job and didnt want to put any care into it.
Got my drink order wrong 3 times in a row, didnt bother taking it back after that.
Food was good as always as its premade.

Sunday morning. Sitting on sofa. Bacon bap and cup of tea and chocolate cornflakes cup cake. Very quiet and comfortable.Parking: Street parking bit early so not a problemKid-friendliness: High chairs. Lots of room

Staff are lovely and efficient.Downside is the food, croissants never taste fresh even first thing and they never have the vegan sausage breakfast rolls. All the other veggie food is smothered in cheese. Not a Coleshill issue but also confused on the new alternative milk.

My wife and l visit Costa in Coleshill once or twice most weeks for a Coffee and a cake. We also take our Grandchildren who enjoy it there. The service is always efficient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.
Kid-friendliness: Staff are always friendly and more than happy to talk with and engage with our young grandchildren.

I just had a dine experience at Costa in Coleshill.I only had a cappuccino and chocolate croissant and both were great.Although Costa is a chain I quite like the coffee, strong and smooth. Nice!The girls serving seem to be getting younger, or am I getting older ?, but they were lovely, both smiled and were attentive.It?s great for Wi-Fi and clean toiletsVegetarian options: ChoicesParking: Parking around town

A smile doesn?t costa anything.My hubby was served by a young girl who used no please or thank you?s. She didn?t smile once or acknowledge when hubby said thank you for drinks.After being given cream on our lattes, that was off. I asked for it to be changed.This time I was served by a young lad. He didn?t say sorry bout that or even try to make right that cream was offThen he gave us the wrong cream, when I told him he just said?All we got?He was rudeSo I had to remove the cream before we could drink the latte.We have 2 Costa?s a day and I will never set foot back in the coleshill one

Parking: Only a few car park spaces outside shop, can be a bit difficult to find parking spaces on the streets.
