Nice pub. Food is alright, nice and quiet on a Sunday but a bit worrying for the trade.

Been going here years but will go elsewhere from now on. Far too many times we've gone only to be told the pub is closed/closing at 8.30. The staff are friendly but I don't see the point in going to a pub that maybe closed, so have found somewhere else.
Reply to Corner House. We didn't come for food, so the kitchen closing wasn't an issue. What I'm saying is
the whole pub closed at 8.30, which has happened on numerous occasions.

Popped in for breakfast, lovely staff but terrible breakfast watery beans (I could count them lol there wasn't many) hash browns were still cold in the middle and eggs so over cooked they were crispy and a solid yoke .... Not worth the money in my opinion

stopping over night at the canal and popped in for breakfast very reasonable price and delicious. if your passing through definatly worth a visit

We booked in for a meal for our daughters birthday, and we?re very pleased with The Cornerhouse, greeted with a smile, staff were cheerful and helpful, the food was lovely, fresh and came out in a timely manner, we all thoroughly enjoyed each of our meals and I would definitely visit again, for a Tuesday evening the atmosphere was expectedly quiet, but again it felt like a nice place to be, thank you.

Came back to Corner House after long break.Under new management food is tasty again ? Quick service (there was 5 of us),great atmosphere. Will be regulars again. Highly recommended .

Lots of items off the menu were not available. No chicken or beef for a roast dinner.
No roast potatoes. No fish and chips. No beef burgers. Limited menu on the puddings too! Waste of time going

Had a Sunday roast today at Corner House Nuneaton. Worst meal I have ever had. Mash potato was cold roast potato not proper roasties, they were mash potato just shaped & roasted but soggy in the middle. Peas were hard. Yorkshire was so hard I couldn?t cut it with a knife, even with gravy on! We won?t be going there
again!

Where can I start. A pub that doesn't keep a standard white rum of any kind? I have a bar in my garden better stocked that also has a wider variety of spirits. The meal, having waited over an hour for it to get to the table, was quite frankly inedible. Steak that had been destroyed by the 'chef'. Perhaps he should stick to making pizza. Charging £1.50 for 3 of the smallest onion rings I have ever seen in my life is daylight robbery. The only saving grace is that we were refunded for the meals but it really shouldn't have reached that stage. Unfortunately it does mean we would never re-visit. The potential was missed in every way shape and form.

Service good, looked after. No choice of proper beer, just 1 handpull. Pub empty so no atmosphere. Last tuesday afternoon.
