Discovered this lovely village pub earlier in the week after seeing it in FB.
Was given a very warm welcome from Matt and had a very tasty reasonably priced lunch. Enjoyed it so much so we booked for Sunday lunch.
Well we weren?t disappointed.
After another warm welcome from this obviously popular village pub, our meals came out hot with melt in the mouth meat and fresh vegetables . Matt was easy to talk to with a lovely sense of humour and attentive to anything we might need. Will definitely be back!

Great little local pub with a lovely garden. We were staying locally but actually this was a good choice, not too expensive, good value for money.

Absolutely beautiful food! Hot and exactly how we asked for it! I had the lamb rump and my partner had the mac and cheese and homemade garlic bread. It was delicious! Isabel was lovely and very attentive! There was a lovely man also asking if we needed anything but didn't catch his name. The lovely lady behind the bar who we first spoke to had such a bubbly, welcoming presence and made us feel like we were as welcome as the regulars! Will definitely be back to win Joker Poker! ?

i visited with my friend for a catch up and the waitress summer was very understanding about my allergies and the food and service is perfect so I will be coming again
