My partner and I have visited over 80 Spoons establishments in the past eight years we've been together. Today we visited The Bear & Ragged Staff and my partner ordered the Lemon and Herb Chicken. She claimed that it was the best meal that she'd ever had in a Spoons. High praise indeed.

Came in last Friday with my wife and kids. Had a Katsu burger and a pint of Guinness. Food and staff were great and I overall had a great time with my family.

We had breakfast here this morning. My friends I was with didn't get their correct order. The lady who brought the breakfast over rudely waved the receipt in my friends face, saying this is what you ordered mushroom royale instead of the black pudding. She said this is what she said to the waiter, and the lady huffed off. The price was the same, so there no issue. The chap who took the order apologised, but the waitress was so rude.
