Usually shop in Aldi but needed a new kettle. Also do the occasional shop for things you can't get in Aldi. Price match a lot of products with Aldi. You can get some excellent discounts depending on the time of day you shop but it's like a scrum. Staff on the till are friendly.

called in today to try and collect some euros nobody in the booth waited about five minutes with a security guy who was trying to deliver cash finally some ignorant woman on the customer service said the iadys not here today why not tell us before and why no sign up in the booth saying closed, this is the worst tesco ever a complete dump full of ignorant staff, steer clear!! ps massive cue at the self sevice dumped my basket and left never again, the pitts.

Rude workers!!! Security man was absolutely vile, he was following us from the beggining then had the audacity to start shouting at me and my friend after browsing the christmas isle we were walking up to the drinks isle and he shouted at us saying, ?oi do your shopping or get out of my shop. ? in a very unfriendly and violent tone. Im disgusted that a staff member would treat us like this considering were spending money in this shop.

Been to Bedworth Tesco and had a wonderful breakfast from Tesco Cafe. Donna and Elizabeth were in cafe. Very excellent customer service from them. Elizabeth made wonderful Chai latte and Hot Chocolate..

Twice I ordered on-line of late and twice they did not bother to deliver. No telephone call, nothing. Raj their Duty Manager promised a call back. No call back. Shoddy customer service!

Customer services are very helpful and efficient, shout out to young Beck on the counter, went the extra mile for a return with no receipt, she tracked it down on the system with my clubcard, and gave me a refund! I hope she gets employee of the month!

This store has Convenient parking below the store (2 hours free) and escalators to first floor store . It's clean tidy well stocked with a choice of checkouts manual and self service tills.

I go to Tesco regularly and always get the groceries I need. Very well stocked shop, and staff always very helpful. I also get my groceries delivered sometimes if I can't get to the shop, this is also very handy...excellent service.

Great hypermarket with really good produce. Very large store with more than ample parking. Friendly staff as well which makes a big difference.
