When shopping I realised my recently bought glasses were missing a lens. In a busy store it proved impossible to locate the lost lens. On inquiring at your store I was told it would be necessary to buy a complete new pair as I require reactalite lenses. This would come at a cost making no allowance for the money already paid for what was obviously faulty workmanship creating the originals. After many years using Specsavers I am disgusted at this. I will be looking elsewhere for both mine and my wife's glasses.

My optition did an amazing job sorting out my eye test & new glasses making sure to ket me know how much my prescription had changed. Being told I'd got further eye problems he made me feel at ease and spoke to me at length about what's to come. Guys downstairs were great helping me choose my new frames sizes etc. Brilliant Shop with great staff always willing to help..

Great staff who explained that as my son only has a light issue he shouldn't be wearing glasses unlike another branch of there's that says he needs glasses.

been trying to call for last 2 days to book appointment to collect glasses and they never answer the phone, supposedly I've been put on a waiting list to call back but they never do

Refused to see my grandson had the reception been bettered monitored they?d have been seen soon but faffing around and chatting amongst themselves they?d have been seen sooner optician then refused to see them funny how it was end of the day there was no pre phone call either confirming appt ok for the day no social distancing was in place where you have to walk past people picking glasses to get to reception desk poorly managed as a family we?ve been going for years won?t be again
