My partner and son brought 5 kebab wraps from here today for a family to share and i must say that im shocked as my 14 yr old found a bone in his mixed donner wrap
My partner also found a bone in his too
Needlessly to say that we wont be buying from here again there should not be bones in chicken donner meat ?spent £42 on this order

We have orderd 2 pizzas one spicy no meat , second with ham , spicy one 10 out of 10 fantastic cheese and sweetcorn , ham pizza 2/10 ... not sure if ham was some halal lamb smelly sausage or non meat crap , expired or what went wrong - for sure never again ... check dates on our ham please

I believe in judging businesses on how they handle things when they go wrong, I ordered online a got a phone call soon afterwards to say my order couldn't be fulfilled due to the threat of riots in Nuneaton and it was for driver safety which I totally understood my refund hadn't been processed by head office so I called back the next day and they sent a driver out to give me a refund in cash which I felt was excellent service. I'll definitely be ordering again ( when there's no riots) excellent customer service. I highly recommend I have eaten from here before and the food is good too.

Obviously not rating on atmosphere as my pizza was delivered in great time. The pizza from this takeaway is always great however my 1.5ltr drink was red hot on this occasion.

Pizza was burnt, bland and missing one of the toppings ordered. Also ordered x2 banoffee pies and x1 chocolate fudge cake but received x3 banoffee pies and no fudge cake. I called to explain and was advised they would send a replacement pizza (this arrived 40 minutes later and I fairness was much better) They also said they sent x3 banoffee pies as they've ran out of fudge cake... not good enough, my son is now sat here with no dessert as he doesn't like banoffee, why allow me to order and take my money if it's not available? Not happy at all, complete waste of money, will definitely not be ordering from here again!
