Really poor food. Do not order the chicken, it came cremated and is very very dry. Also The ?peri chicken strips? are more like chicken kebabs pieces. So they don?t do any peri chicken at all. They also sent mozzarella sticks as they don?t serve jalapeños poppers which are on the menu on Deliveroo. Will not order from here again.

Heartbreaking experience. One of my friends ate one of their pizza and commited suicide after. The suicide note mentioned an overpriced pizza with below average quality. He was Italian.

Their driver of prima pizza shouted derogatory and misogynistic words towards 2 young girls calling them slags, and many other names cause they wouldn?t go up to his car, when confronted they denied all accountability saying it wasn?t then and that they had no idea who it was, when the guy walked into the back part of the takeaway, AVOID!Misogynistic creepy men who think they can say prey on drunk women!

Don't bother ordering late rude and inconsiderate. Guy puts the phone down after 5 mins of verbal abuse down the phone after being 2hrs late. Eventually the food arrived cold and nasty. Do yourself a favour and order from anywhere else these guys are a joke apparently takes over 40 mins to make a pizza ?.

Absolutely atrocious.I order two pizzas from this establishment. The first was fine. The second looked a mess and had two slices of pizza missing!I must say I have never experience an issue like this in 30 years of ordering food. How and why would two pieces be missing?I proceed to ring the establishment who told me that it's potentially the delivery driver via Just Eat who had perhaps taken part of the pizza. Following this I received a confrontational call from the driver himself protesting his innocence in the matter. I explain that although strange, I do not care where the fault lies. I just want the issue resolving. I was told to raise my concerns with Just Eat, which I have. I then received another call from Prima Pizza at 23:45 who had the driver with them this time only to call me a lier!I am astonished.The refund or any type of compensation is no longer important. I just wish to strongly advise everyone from ordering food from this business. I am a hospitality manager myself and have sympathy for a business that may be struggling due economic reasons and may have a lesser budget to afford a correct amount of team, capable of delivering good service at all times. However, being spoken to in such a manner and being call a lier late in the evening, way past a time I deem acceptable is beyond ridiculous.Completely avoid at all costs!

Avoid this place! I ordered a chicken kebab with a 1.5 l bottle of Coke. The food was undercooked, underseasoned and dry, disgustingly bad and the drink I paid 4f for was missed. The driver promised to bring it later, which never happened. I called the store to ask for a refund for the drink and was told they couldn't do it, but they promised they would send a driver to deliver the bottle, but the driver never showed up. I called them again and heard the same story. One star is still too much. Avoid this place, don't order anything from there, you will only waste your money!

Rude staff. I made and order via Uber eats paid and waited. I rang for an update after waiting 30 minutes past the expected delivery time and the staff very rudely stated that Uber had not been working for 3 months and put the phone down even though I had already paid. My 2 orders before this they got wrong, once putting meat on a vegetarian pizza and once putting onions on a pizza for a person with onion allergiesDietary restrictions: Terrible for people with dietary restrictions

Amazing food. Burgers are always perfect chips are beautiful and chicken wraps are to die for!! Bit pricey but you pay for good food.
