Mcdonalds ain't what it used to be, long waits for food, order is hardly ever right and employed young kids who clearly can't handle the pressure. They prioritise uber eats and just eat orders over orders in the restaurant, making them too busy, getting orders wrong and long waits for people stood there in the restaurant

I placed my order and there was 4 Uber drivers that cancelled on me so I called the store and the woman who answered wasn?t helpful at all she just said the food was here so I left it and another driver cancelled so I tried calling again a few times and no answer and now have to go through hassle with Uber which isn?t a 1 step thing either

Fast Food - correct title for this review as the food must have been rushed or forgotten and this resulted in the muffin being burnt.
Customer service was seen but once things got busy it disappeared. My tea was okay considering it?s made from a teabag and I left not feeling hungry.

I visited and was disappointed with the level of service I received. My order arrived cold, and when I raised my concerns, Bethany, the staff member who served me, was really rude and unhelpful. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, I felt dismissed and not valued as a customer. I expect better standards, both in food quality and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as good service is key to a positive experience. I would appreciate better treatment in the future.

So had a maccys breakfast this morning only thing iv ate all day grab3d it on way to work Iv had to leave work erlay for not feeling well and now in bed being sick and this ant the 1st time this has happend from there just be careful what u eat from there as this is 2nd time now woth food poisoning from this place

Items missing from order. No refund available. Every time I go the order is messed up. Use a different McDonald?s if you actually want to get what you ordered.

Sad to say this is the third time I've turned up to McDonald's in Bermuda park. All three of these occasions the food has been cold or lukewarm The explanation from the member of staff who came over to the car with one order, stated, they were short-staffed ?
