Had a vintage ring which needed resizing.
The service was brilliant and the ring was polished and perfect .
Customer service here is excellent and I would highly recommend.
Also brought my wedding ring here and was amazed at prices.

Great shop! Owner is so helpful and informative.Historically I have bought pieces here but recently took in a bracelet with a very tricky repair .Sorted ! The repair was completed in record time and at a very reasonable cost.I can't recommend this independant family business enough. I wouldn't hesitate in going back for any jewelery need.

Have visited this Jewelers many times and the guy in the shop has always gave me a warm welcome. I was enquiring about Wedding Rings and the guy went out of his way to showing us trays of rings. He worked in a Professional Manner and definitely knows his Profession. I would recommend this Jewelers 100%. I will definitely be going back to this store.

Great service. We purchased a ring from a another jewelers who were poor when it came to a repair. We asked Gem Aura who sent it for repair which has come back not only strengthened but wearable. Totally happy with their service.

Staff are amazing, recently bought myself a silver curb chain, silver curb chain bracelet, and a silver belchor bracelet, all amazing condition, fit comfortably, and are incredibly priced compared to a couple other jewlers I?ve been to. Cannot fault the shop in Bedworth at all, & am planning a trip soon to buy myself something else ?? thankyou again @gemaura and hope to see you again soon.

I love this jeweller's the owners are lovely so helpful and always go that extra mile to help I can highly recommend them they have lovely items and greet you with a warm welcome.
