Went to have a look around, I couldn?t find anywhere to park & the man was so helpful directing me etc!Was so welcoming & helpful in the shop , the prices are amazing never seen such good quality carpet at them prices! Unfortunately Id seen one in another shop (which I didn?t want to buy after they were so rude when I went in) but it was a really good offer so I ended up with that one.However they had some lovely carpets in DW & Id definitely recommend to shop there!

Agreed a price and date for flooring to be fitted took twice as long to fit and still needed to come back. Changed the appointment once didnt turn up the second time. I was being told a different story from the fitter to the guy in the shop. Bits not sent wrong bits sent. Floor taken away and made to feel like I had not ordered enough despite the job being measured by them. Made to feel like I had done something wrong. I have paid in full and now got the job finished by someone else who I had to pay another £150. He took half the floor up and re did it as it wasnt happy with it. He also ordered the correct bits which I paid for as well. All in all a very bad experience over £1000 for flooring and not completed and laminate which belonged to me taken away I assume to use on someones elses job if I didnt notice. The laminate has now been returned to me together with a £30 refund which is neither here nor there. They did also provide some Vinyl Floor which I agreed at outset and they will say was FREE. For the record I am not a person that moans for no reason. Best of Luckedit since posting two people have got in touch to say a similar thing

Very friendly polite business ,excellent price quote no hassling to make you purchase from DW floors. Chose our flooring Friday given a time for the fitter to come he was exactly on time ,again very polite job was superb .so from start to finish was lovely to do business with DW floors thank you.
