DEAD BUG COOKED ON MY DOMINOS PIZZA FROM BEDWORTH DOMINOS!!!!
Don't order from this store unless you want big dead bugs cooked on your pizza!!! We ordered from Bedworth Domino's on Sunday 23/02, we ordered 2 large pizzas and one side. Half of the make your own VEGETARIAN pizza was already eaten before I saw the big bug on my slice. I thought this was an olive at first but then I realised olives don't have legs. Disgusted does not even begin to describe how Dominos have made us feel. What a massive health code violation!!! I violently threw up upon realising I was about to take a bite into this dead bug. We have all been very emotionally distressed and upset since this experience. I mean look at it!!! It's not exactly small, it's massive!!! We called dominos immediately on Monday 24/02 and the staff were not helpful at all. We were promised that the manager will call us back Monday evening, which never happened. We have chased and chased and chased. One guy even put the phone down on us twice today! I have already raised this with the photos to Dominos Customer care, I have already filled in the Dominos feedback from they send to all their customers who write a negative review. But still we have not heard anything back!! Nothing! We finally got through to another staff member today at Bedworth Dominos, he asked for me to send the photos on WhatsApp which I did. He IMMEDIATELY guaranteed there's no way this is from their store. He even tried to tell me the bug would have just 'disappeared' from being in the oven??? There has been absolutely 0 accountability from Dominos. They have treated us as liars, continuously ignored us and I highly doubt there will be anything they can do about it. The guy on the phone even said they don't do refunds!! The same staff member said he is gonna get the pizza sliced sent to 'testing' and they picked up the pizza at around 5:00pm from our home this evening. the guys that picked up the pizza did not even say a word to us. He did though look very shocked at the bug on the pizza! We have no confidence what so ever that Dominos will do anything with this pizza apart from throw it in the bin. What a disgrace!!! My friends and I will NEVER be ordering from here again! The service, the way we have been ignored and treated thus far and not to mention the DEAD BUG. Can't believe Dominos has been serving food to this quality standard!!!! Shocking.

My partner ordered pizza tonight and it is far from satisfactory. The topping doesn't cover the base at all well, there is very little toppings and they seem to have burnt/over cooked half of it. They also despite staying out the front of our house claim to not be able to find it.
This is sadly how domino's always seem to be these days and so expensive for this substandard food.

The staff at the desk are rude talking a non english language with colleagues, when they speak down to you they don't help with getting the best deal and they refuse to accept Emergancy Services Blue light cards, therefore don't support the Emergancy Services.
Delivery... OK, faster than a curry :)

All Staff especially Fabish and Ashita very courteous and friendly and efficient every time I call in which is usually every week. Order is always correct and enjoyable would recommend to everyone

Good pizza however disrespectful / nonculent to dietary and allergy requirements. Vegan (lactose free) pizza served with garlic and herb non vegan dip is not ok. It's basics. May find themselves in a spot of allergy trouble one day

Food is good but quite pricey, especially the sides.
Staff are helpful and friendly enough.
It's hard to get a phone call answered on a weekend.

I'm coeliac and had a bad reaction from the gluten free pizza at this branch. The pizza was probably contaminated during production process. Dominos are generally good with gluten free but if you're allergic to gluten maybe stay away from this branch.

Just back from a collection at Domino's, ordered a large margarita, small garlic bread, wedges and their new garlic bread. Got home no wedges it was chicken strips sorry to the person expecting theirs and got my wedges ..Pizza was cold and the overall experience was awful, people in the shop just standing around even though someone is at the till area , the person sorting my order didn't know the order and probably why it was wrong , sometimes you are better off just doing your own ..Ordered under name Louise for the staff to know who I am as I rang to make a complaint..

Ordered a chicken feast the only really I order pizza for a take away is because I love CHEESE that?s what a pizza is supposed to be about my pizza had tomato base only with literally what I could only describe as parmasan cheese grated over the top there was no cheese on my pizza if I wanted a parmasan i would have went to Bella italia and got a spag Bol. I didn?t get a take away all this week just to save myself for tonight and it came and I wasn?t going to send it back what and wait another 45 mins what?s the point? my bf on the other hand his pepperoni pizza was loaded with proper melted cheese to bad I don?t eat pig ? so I couldn?t even share his lit so disappointed ? have you guys been told to no put as much cheese on the pizzas anymore what the hell is going on won?t be ordering again well not from Bedworth i would rather get in my car and drive out to get one that?s exactly what I?ll do next time
