Key main staff. Sophia, Megan, Amid & Michael. Are excellent. Great customer, service can't do enough. If asked. Well. Done bedworth,having been to many Nuneaton/ lacks quality of drinks & service Bedworth. Provide. I can only put it down to the named staff, I've tried London. & many others. It's. Bedworth staff that make. It, my only concern. Is the high turnover of staff, I can only put this down to management. Support & staff relations, from. What I've seen & heard.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a push open. door staff and customers, wilalways help. The disabled toilet, is cramped like normal. If you ask staff they will open and close. Hard to lock & unlock, you need to be partially. Independent. But usable, no accessible toilet is great, in Mt experience. It is the only toilet, so used by everyone. So you need to. Keep an eye, on it or allow enough, time just incase.

Any Costa you visit is understaffed and far too slow. Seldom visit the Bedworth one in all fairness,but the majority are as mentioned above . Expensive too.

The staff were lovely and friendly with wonderful smiles. I recommend trying the café latte with oat milk instead of regular whole milk, as it has a natural sweetness and can be enjoyed without adding sugar.

This is the Bedworth branch of this chain. It is fairly small with a couple of tables outside. The food and beverages are the same as all the other branches pretty good if expensive. The service was fine, but when we went in there was only one young man serving everything. Should have been 2. Even though it was Sunday morning they were quite busy. Disabled people can access but it would be a little tight for a wheelchair. They have toilets but I didn't use them so can't comment. Overall not a bad place to visit.

Additonal visit ,friendly and clean as usual! Lots of selection in offer. A lovely Costa lots of seating available and very clean. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Toilet available. Sadly had ran out of soap but we had the sanitisation station at the door to use which was better than nothing. Lots of snack available but no hot food as they had ran out. (This is quite common for this store which is a shame) they need to bring in a bigger stock of food really.
