From the very beginning the whole service was poor. No one communicates with each other and no one has a clue what’s going on. Would avoid at all costs! Worst estate agents I’ve ever come across!

I have just rented a house from Russell Cope. I can say that it is a lovely agency with lovely staff. They helped me in a professional manner and short time for documents processing. Also, when I signed the contract, they surprised us with a welcome gift box, very kind of them.
