Visited for Sunday lunch, lovely quaint village pub with a great atmosphere. Met with a big smile from the lovely bar staff. Food was fabulous, fresh, very tasty and modestly priced. Huge portions for those that can eat more, would highly recommend.

Lovely village pub. We had lunch here and the food was great. Lovely pub garden with ample seating. Even had sun loungers at the back! Would recommend.

Visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon with the hopes of some lunch, friendly staff managed to fit us in .
Perfect pizzas and gorgeous chicken burgers nice large potions and a bonus the kids enjoyed mini golf whilst we enjoyed a cold drink in the garden.
Would give more than 5stars is able

What a great pub . Called in on the of chance Steve asked if we had booked a table we said no ., he looked and squeezed us in a I was very happy . Staff great local friendly great atmosphere in pub would highly recommend pub

We visited for an early evening meal and we weren?t disappointed. Lovely traditional pub with a surprising menu.
The food was excellent as was the warm welcome. We will definitely visit again.

What can I say except 10 out of 10, the plough was superb, food excellent, every element of service spot on, menu choices are plenty and well described as we ordered, definitely a return on the cards, a up hill walk initially from fir tree, and an unexpected helping hand back to our motorhome ....magic!!!

This is the perfect village pub - atmosphere, warm welcome and lovely food.
I visited with 5 friends last Thursday for our Christmas catchup. Huge shoutout to Colin, the chef, who was absolutely amazing when my friend passed out. He administered first aid and contacted 111. Everyone in the pub was so kind. Can?t rate this place highly enough.

This is a nailed on 5 star from me and hubby. We've eaten here several times now and always come away full and happy. The selection of meals is great - even on a Sunday you can choose roast or something different which suits us as I like a roast dinner but hubby isn't so keen. The staff are lovely and welcoming, the beer's good and the pub has a fabulous atmosphere.

Delicious Sunday lunch for the three of us - excellent service with a lovely atmosphere. The beef bourguignon was melt in the mouth with the lasagne and the duck breast looked equally superb. I highly recommend it - you won't be disappointed!

A lovely pub with lovely landlords. The food is great pub grub, especially the pizza. Super friendly locals, gorgeous character beams and a big log burner. The pub garden gets the sun all day/evening long in the summer too! I?ll be back for sure.
