The driver lied and said they attempted to deliver. We were in at the time and no one came to our house. We have cctv that proves they did not attempt delivery. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this company to use for deliveries

Delivery by 6 pm today, it's now 7.51pm checked Atherstone depot CLOSED. If you can't do what you say, don't bother at all.??

These people are in the businesses of actively avoiding delivering parcels lying and trying to make you do their job. FedEx uk are the worst transport company in England without a doubt.

Hope you don't have to speak with their customer services. Since you will be promised an update you will never receive then when you create a chat they will just prematurely close your chat.

Incredibly unreliable. I would avoid at all costs using their services for international deliveries. I had a scheduled delivery for a certain date, and it will be now 5 days late from the originally assigned delivery date, creating incredible inconveniences. This is the second time already that they fail to deliver in a timely and accurate manner, around two months ago a package was delayed little short of two weeks after being shipped to the wrong country.

A total waste of time, can't speak to a human being, send you round in circles. Written to them twice about an incorrect charge, no reply or acknowledgement. "AI" in their case stands for accredited incompetence. Not even worth 1 star

They sent me an email on Tuesday saying they have my parcel...its now Friday and still nothing...I don't know what is going on...
