Absolutely atrocious RDC at Atherstone, sent driver in there and they refused to help him offload said he had to do it all himself even though load was tricky. Then they all stood and watched him, until a pallet went over and they told him to pick it up before carrying on, wouldn't help or give any shrink wrap or anything. Worst RDC ever been in, should be embarrassed.

Long term customer at the Llandudno store well before the refit of the store . My gripe is the one & only toilet has been out of order now for four weeks . Jeez , plumbers are 10 a penny in the town . As someone who is disabled 4 weeks is a joke . Come on Aldi !Oh your staff & your produce ? The absolute tops well done . Please fix the loo , I don?t want to go to Asda !

the latest Aldi leaflet celebrates ramadan but does not mention Easter at all....the UK is still a Christian county...this attitude causes resentment and unfairness, diversity is not working, there is no intergration at all...no particular religion should come first, British people welcome all religions..sadly other people don't feel the same!

Dear Sir or Madam,I have shopped weekly at your Tewkesbury store for more than ten years and previously found the staff to be polite, helpful and friendly.Yesterday morning, 18 January I did my weekly shop spending over £100.At the checkout a young male assistant repeatedly called me "mate". As I am 77 years old and perhaps somewhat old school, I found this offensive. I pointed out to him that I was not his "mate" and perhaps "sir" might be more appropriate. He then had the temerity to laugh at me. His casual and contemptuous attitude deeply offended me and I left the store feeling very angry.A more senior male member of staff was standing by and witnessed the whole incident.I suggest you train your staff to respect their customers or at least be polite to them.Yours faithfully,Hugh Bennett

aldi andover. There has been no heating in the Andover store for a few weeks. The staff are very cold even though some heating under their counters have been supplied. As a customer i was absolutely frozen by the time i had done my shopping. I think for a large firm like yours it is disgusting that this has not been sorted out quickly. You must be losing customers because if it. Please do something about this urgently on behalf of employees and customers.d

Need more high bays for drivers, waiting for just 2 tall bays when so called normal bays are empty, now 1 hour after booking and still waiting and watching smaller lorries go on bay

I want to complain about your Loughborough Allendale Road Store.Today 4th November at 10am I visited the store. It was crowded and the re stocking trolleys had been left blocking nearly every aisle. I queued at a check out all of which were open. On reaching the front Dean was talking to his colleague. I put my bags purchased previously at Aldi into my trolley ready to start packing goods up and said good morning to Dean. He looked at me and said move your bags so I can see in your trolley. I did so and nothing else was in my trolley. He said nothing and started scanning. I said how nice it was to be paying all this money to be accused of stealing. What Dean should have done was pay attention to his customers and looked in the trolley while it was empty before I put the bags in. He should also have said sorry we now have to ask as it?s our policy. Instead Dean and his colleague Kiera who scanning another customers shopping decided to lecture me on how other customers are stealing and they can ask what they like I politely pointed out I had not asked for Kiera?s opinion and other people stealing is not my problem - Kiera pulled a face at me. I told them it is insulting to be accused of stealing. Dean never responded to my good morning either or made any apology. He took our money without saying anything else. I asked to speak to a manager. All staff were shouting to one another about fire works and till opening amongst other things without engaging with any of their customers. He said the manager will be with you shortly. I waited then Lucy approached. She said yes and I asked if she was a manager she replied no and that she was an assistant and I said can I speak to the real manager please. She then walked through the store using a sarcastic voice telling her colleague?s ?she wants to speak to a real manager? , few minutes later Josh the manager approached. I told him what had happened. He said well I can?t comment as I didn?t hear any of it and it is our policy. Poor customer service from start to end. You want to treat paying customers like criminals? I want to shop and be treated respectfully- I was not rude to any of your staff yet all were rude to me. Can all staff please have crb info available for me to check in the future so I can make sure they are safe to handle my credit card info? I wouldn?t dream of accusing your staff of being criminals so why do you think it?s ok to do this to paying customers? And then to be so rude about it? I won?t ever visit this store again. Also you have no facility on your web page to complain about rude staff only product complaints
