I started visiting Stephanie when my usual Masseuse moved and she is an excellent replacement. She is friendly and can be funny. Stephanie will concentrate on any muscles that need it and as I gave a spinal injury I walk awkwardly with a stick and so my legs and shoulders are always full of knots and she sorts them.I go at least once a month and more if I feel I need it, if she can fit me in.The Haven do other things besides massage so any treatments you want and you live in the Alcester area, check the web site or give them a call, you won't regret it.
