Ordered food at 11.31am, didn't get it until 12.09
Staff messed up order 3 times.

The location is super convenient and the parking is good. The sign near the counter did have a few flies on it but it was a very hot day. Because it?s a drive thru it was very busy inside and the wait is longer then I was expecting

Vile place. Visited on Sunday on way home from Bristol. Mens toilets were disgusting, don't think they had been cleaned all weekend. Staff are unprofessional, were laughing and joking while there was a big queue of orders. Burgers were thrown together with no care, really difficult to eat. Saw another customer take their burger back to complain but they were ignored so customer through in bin and walked out. Really surprises that McDonald's let their franchises act like this. Avoid this restaurant, there are others nearby!

Store was closed, still accepted our order via the app and instead of rejecting it they marked it as completed. Scammed out of the money and points with not option to get them back, will have to wait for customer support to fix as the issue which means we can't even go to a different location to purchase food.
