I was very greatful that there were toilet facilities but horrified at the state of it! Absolutely disgusting, Possibly the worst I've seen for a long time. BPee being the appropriate word. If someone could of taken a little time out to clean the wet mess on the floor and toilet paper everywhere, and the stench! I have to go in to customers houses with these shoes on.

Really rude staff. I wanted petrol but the only super unleaded pump was on the wrong side for my petrol filler so had to face opposite direction, the rude woman came stomping out saying she wouldn?t let me have fuel unless I turned my car around to face the other way! I?ve never heard such a load of rubbish in my life. I will never go back here for fuel and I suggest you avoid this place like the plague.

Slow serviceSlow staff at till and normally understaffed.Hard to get a pump due to the slow service in shop.I often pass it and go elsewhere unless I can see pumps are all empty.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Carwash damaged my car. Completely ripped the tail light off my new Evoque. The garage's insurance refused to pay out and got off on a technicality. A service had been completed before and after and no fault was found. Complete rubbish. I will never use this garage again. I would suggest people avoid the carwash and if you have a problem here, in my opinion the owners are not honest.

The bathroom was an utter disgrace here considering we are in the middle of a pandemic! Absolutely filthy and stinking! Informed the staff but was hardly acknowledged!

Needs longer fuel hoses and higher octane fuel (bring on the 99)! Otherwise it's a decent garage.

Stop here as I needed the toilet and to buy something for my tea. The shop assistant accused me of being there for 45 minutes when I wasn't started arguing accusing me of being a liar I told her I stop to use the toilet and to get something for my tea because I am and Hgv driver she wasn't interested impression I got is we don't I want the likes of you here.
