Not the first time we've had issues with the service.
Tonight food items missing again.
Diabolical customer service, you asked if I wanted the jumbo battered or normal then didn't both giving us one at all.
Top it off barely half a carton of curry sauce.
Won't be back!!

Food like dry cardboard , the lady serving couldn?t even serve me due to not being able to speak English . Then she burned her hand pouring gravy , she couldn?t understand me so I called for the manager to assist and she just stood there looking like Dory of Nemo at me ! Then the male manager pulls up in a Range Rover Evo and tells me I should leave tip since she hurt herself . What a joke of a place !

I went in today after many times before and not complaining this time I feel I have to I phoned the shop explaining that the sausage a chips I've just bought were inedible the sausage most probably cooked this morning for lunch time and left under a heat lamp all day was burnt to a crisp on one side a raw on the other for the lady to be quite abrupt to begin with then apologised I asked if they reheat or recook there product to be told they probe everything it was close to closing time when I went in she did apologise but put the phone down on me I would advise the lady to please not be so rude when someone is phoning or talking to you on the phone or in the shop

Great fish , chips and curry sauce. Wish it was wrapped in newspaper and not the box provided. Warm and freshly cooked and tasted great!

Didn't want to give even 1 star after the experience I just had. I visited this fish shop today to be greeted with a very rude woman serving. Then, my order was wrong, so I went back inside the shop and politely asked if it could be fixed. However, I was met with such a rude and aggressive tone as though it's my fault it was wrong, even when it was in the order receipt! I think she needs to attend a course on customer service, especially since I can see from the previous reviews that this place needs to sort out their staff. It's safe to say I won't be returning again; it's overpriced and terrible! If you can't respect your customers and hate your job that much, don't work there.

Had such a shocking and appalling experience in this fish shop. Went in to order and was met with the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of meeting working in customer service. Don't bother.

When Opened the large bag of chips was same size as small,food was luke warm,me and my partner both had stomach aches couple of hours after food,food I crap and the atmosphere in there is also crap,save your money and avoid this place,the food will literally give you guts ache
