Paid a deposit and told the delivery was 7 - 10 days. 10 days later called in the shop for an update to be told they haven't even been ordered and they couldn't get them. They had my number but made no attempt to phone. Project set back 2 weeks because of these clowns.

Horrendous! And so so disappointed after going to them following good recommendations we have been let down to say the least .. we said an interest in a specific tile for our bathroom floor .. the guy said he would get back to us after the weekend after speaking to the supplier . I chased this twice and after this he said he ordered them and would be here in 3 weeks . After four weeks I called to check if they were there only to be called back to say they had been discontinued!!!First of all if they had of been ordered in the first place (which they hadn?t ) we would have knownAbsolute jokers ! Very helpful and pleasant person who saw to us. Gave good advice and we got a great deal on floor tiles and adhesive, etc. Have bought from there before and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Ordered tiles which I was told would be In by Monday, that became Thursday, which became the following Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday morning, then afternoon, then Thursday morning 08:30 on the dot. They arrived at 09:30 and were the wrong colour....... awful. Not to mention the countless times I was promised an update by phone call and never received one. Worst I've ever experienced
