I always take my car here as the staff are highly reliable, honest and friendly. They are not out to be 'on the make' but there to help you with your car problems / queries. Was helped out by Dean today, he was very professional and gave good advice on how to look after the car. Thanks again.

I have a disability and chronic pain and decided to use this place for MOT based on the reviews and because I could wait, saving me a painful journey out again. Test takes 45 mins - 1hr yet I was still waiting after 90 mins when receptionist asked if I was still waiting. Obviously I was... Car had passed but no one had bothered to tell me and they couldn't find my keys or pass certificate. Keys found eventually but left without mot certificate. Not very apologetic, in fact the receptionist seemed most put out. Bizarre experience. Wouldn't use again.

Got MOT then 1 month later the rear lower camber arm snapped when looked at by independent garage told part had been cracked for long time before MOT. What's worse is it snapped at 70mph on a motorway nearly killing me thank god I was on my own and didn't have my kids

Fair play - prob the best customer service I've ever received at a garage! Not only did they move a booking to fit me in last minute for an MOT, they even got me a coffee whilst I waited. Ian was extremely helpful and he should be proud of their business practices :) cheers again!
