If I could give minus stars, I would. I ordered a cap in December. No communication from anyone. Apparently, after 1 month, I get a notification that it was unable to deliver to a perfectly normal and easy address in Norfolk. So they say there is another on its way, then 1 month later, randomly a refund had been processed without telling me - but only for item not postage. So they are keeping £4.95 for n sending an already overpriced item. Terrible customer service. What a waste of time.

All your Wrexham AFC needs in one place, as long as they still have stock, because the stuff flies out the door. Staff were great, very helpful.

Huge disappointment...I am referring to online shopping and specifically the customer service of the Wrexham AFC mail order store which in my opinion is below any standard.An extremely sad situation, especially as a fan who supports the club even though he does not live in the UK.Customer service responds to messages at a slow pace, without answering questions or not addressing all the issues that I raised in contact with the service office via e-mail.None of my doubts and problems related to the purchase of the T-shirts have been resolved, I am disappointed and I will probably not make any more online purchases due to the circumstances, which is a pity.

Great friendly staff and a nice selection of Wrexham FC merchandise. There is a quite a bit of variety of things you can get with Wrexham Fc on it. I am not a huge fan of the playing shirt this year to be honest ( i loved the Tik Tok one) but there are other clothes you can get instead..

Always very friendly staff in an extremely busy shop. Be warned that on occasions certain stock including tops gets low due to demand but at the time I went absolutely loads of stock and a good selection of smaller items. Avoid match days if you don't want to queue however a member of the security staff ensures that it's easy to get around restricting numbers. Go on a non match day to avoid this.

I cannot recommend ordering for delivery to the U.S. from the club shop. The FedEx tracking on my order said it was delivered to Jamaica, NY with no specific address, even though I am located thousands of miles away in Texas. I requested information from the shop about the delivery address and tracking information. After more than 2 months they finally responded to say "I have checked the system and it shows that order 492XX with tracking number 626XXXXXXXXX was delivered on 6th May 2023 at 12.54".Because I am not the shipper, FedEx will not provide me the delivery address. The Club Shop has ignored all subsequent follow up requests for resolution or to provide the tracking details from FedEx, or even to confirm the correct delivery address.I am a huge fan of the team and would love to represent by wearing fan gear, but that is turning out to be difficult.
