The staff are very pleasent & the shop is clean, but the furniture is dowdy & the interior needs some refurbishment. It has just been upgraded with various new screens & information services which are excellent. However, the whole Organisation needs, from a Punter's, point of view, a complete rethink regarding it's betting policies; these are the least attractive of the High Street betting shops. At least that is my personal opinion.
