Sadly they keep changing their hours and its causing wasted journeys and much frustration amongst the locals, especially those who want counter services. The situation is further exasperated by the gentleman who runs the shop in which the Post Office is housed is unhelpful to those who are going into the shop only to discover the Post Office is closed. The external signage is not clear or on brand with the Post Office and is in contradiction to what is online. Perhaps the Post Office could run and dual till and at least have stamps in the shop for folks to buy.

What a delight to see Rachel preparing for opening today.. she is only just recovering from pneumonia!!! Wonder how many other people would hurry back that quick to provide the community with essential services ? Well done ?

I thought the PO was supposed to get a Public Service? Well not the case at Gwersyllt!! First attempt I was told - on lunch, so closed
2nd attempt, half day on a Wed, 3rd attempt - off sick PO is closed, and has been open ever since!! The very rude gent behind the counter, told me to go elsewhere! Then added they were struggling to keep the PO open - well sorry I'm not surprised at all - this was all over Christmas too - I would have thought a really busy time! What a joke!!
For goodness sake- give it up.to some people who know how to run a proper business and do us all a favour!!

Katie Marsh is a liar, I was in the queue the same day and she used a cardboard envelope off the shelf in the shop situated inside the PO wrote on it and then went to the PO counter and posted it when there are signs saying that boxes and envelopes need to be paid for before using so she did steal it!!! I have used this PO for the 10 years it has been open and would be sad to see it close but if arogant & rude customers continue to abuse the lovely Rachel at the counter or leave untrue & negative reviews it will be closing its doors for good then yoy will have something to moan about so all of you just SHUT UP
