When I bought the phone, I had full insurance, but the employee there said that my phone was not insured. I pay £ 64.66 per month and they took an extra £ 250 from my account and they still want me to pay, I call customer service for hours, they say the problem is solved, but still the problems continue, I do not recommend vodafone

Can't really give a true review of Vodaphone because my experience was very disappointing. The staff in the Wrexham branch could not have done more. Especially Cloe. A simple transaction to upgrade my phone took 2 visits of 50 min. each. Not good enough

The Vodafone shop in spain was very helpful with running out of Data on my contract phone he suggested that a spanish sim for my spare phone would last longer and so it did and still chat to friends and family
